It’s us, Rory & Kristen!
We met in 2013 while working at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. We got married in 2016 and have three beautiful children. We both are passionate about medicine and truly feel lead to serve others through it.
Aesthetic Medicine has always been an interest for us & in 2020, we decided to make it a reality. We started our practice in Wauseon because we want to serve our community in a way that not many others can. Our passion is to bring big city treatments to our small town. We live here, we work here, and we know the desire for Aesthetic Medicine in this area. We are so grateful for the opportunity to serve you.

Meet Our Staff
Rory Strugalski, MD
Owner / Service Provider
Rory received his undergraduate education from The Ohio State University. He attended medical school at Ross University School of Medicine and completed his residency at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. Rory furthered his education in Aesthetic Medicine through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. He continues to futher his knowledge and skills through conferences, conventions, and private trainings across the United States.
Kristen Strugalski, CST
Owner / Service Provider
Kristen received her Associates of Applied Science in Surgical Technology at Owens State Community College. After graduation, Kristen worked at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center where she specialized in Open-Heart & Vascular surgery. Kristen transitioned out of the hospital setting to a plastic surgery center where she discovered her love for Aesthetic Medicine.
Brianne Wymer, RN
Service Provider
Brianne received her education from Northwest State Community College. She has been practicing as a nurse for 20 years, specializing in Women’s Health & Labor and Delivery. Brianne ventured into Aesthetic Medicine after learning more about skin health. Her true passion is helping patients feel confident in their own skin all while connecting on a personal level.
Brett Teall, RN
Service Provider
Brett received his education at Mercy College. He has been practicing as a nurse since 2015, specializing in Emergency Medicine. Brett embraced travel nursing for 4 years. During this time, he discovered Aesthetic Medicine. He decided he wanted to expand his areas of practice and went on to receive his training in Pennsylvania. Brett has been practicing Aesthetic Medicine since, while continuing to practice Emergency Medicine at Fulton County Health Center.
Bethany Burkhart
Administrative Assistant
Bethany is currently working towards her Bachelors Degree with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry at The University of Toledo. Upon graduation, Bethany plans to attend medical school, later specializing in dermatology. Bethany has always had a passion for the skin which drives her passion for Aesthetic Medicine.
Mallory Flory, RN
Service Provider
Mallory attended Northwest State Community College where she received her RN. She later went on to attend Ohio University where she received her BSN. Mallory has been practicing as a RN since 2018 and has experience in HVICU, OR, & ED. She is excited to branch into Aesthetic Medicine.
