A Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam is a health examination mandated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers.
This exam ensures that drivers are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to operate a CMV. It is required for commercial vehicle drivers to make sure they are able to meet the physical requirements of their job, including being able to tolerate the health risks posed by sitting for long periods of time.
All examinations are performed by our Board Certified Physician, Dr. Rory Strugalski MD, a certified provider for DOT exams.
Our practice ensures that commercial drivers meet the requirements set forth by the FMCSA.
** All exams can be booked by clicking the link above, select “Individual Appointment”, scroll to find “Wellness Services” and select, scroll down and click “DOT Exam”, click “Select Professional”, select “Rory S.”, click next. Then select date/time and click the black box at the bottom. This will then bring up a “Review Booking” screen. Please review and confirm details, then select “next”. This will then prompt you to enter your personal information. Once you have entered your information, click “Book Appointment” at the bottom.
